Chef Loi is a philanthropic partner of the Loukoumi Make a Difference Foundation and The Floating Hospital, where together they successfully raised funds to open a teaching kitchen bearing their names.
The Center for Discovery
Chef Loi works closely with The Center for Discovery and their Department of Nourishment Arts as an integral part of their DaVinci Master Chef program. Together with their Head Chef and the Chief of the Department of Nourishment Arts, Chef Loi has assisted in bringing innovative and exciting Greek and Mediterranean dishes and techniques to the resident chefs who feed the thousands of full time residents at The Center.
DaVinci Master Chef Series
At The Center for Discovery, Chef Loi taught chefs about the nutritional and therapeutic benefits of the Mediterranean Diet and lifestyle through The DaVinci Master Chefs program. Residents experience the culinary excellence designed by these master chefs, giving them a literal taste of the finest cuisine these world-renowned chefs have to offer.
Citymeals on Wheels
Chef Loi is a philanthropic partner of Citymeals on Wheels, where she routinely prepares and delivers healthy, nutritious, and delicious meals to the elderly population across the five boroughs of NYC.
